Overall great experience. while the rooms lack the space you might expect from a western hotel the accommodations remind you that the real fun is outside your hotel room. lobby activities (snack, drinks, and bar) are free and provide a lot of value to the trip and opportunity to meet other travelers. the 2nd floor spa is an ideal way to bathe and preferable to the small shower/bath in the room. however, the bath is deep and fills quickly. great experience, close to everything, would stay again

The staff were nice and very informative about the hotel enmities. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. The public bath with onsen was such a great part of the hotel. Would recommend people to stay here and would stay again myself in the future.

Nice staff, easy check in and out. Loved the free drinks and snacks, even if it was limited to outside breakfast hours. Adequate distance from Osaka Umeda station for transportation.

⸻ The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Osaka Station. It looks modern and well-maintained, almost like new. One of the main reasons I’d definitely stay here again is the free drinks in the evening — from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, guests can enjoy beer, scotch, vodka, and more at no extra cost. It’s such a nice way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The sauna and public baths were also excellent and added a relaxing touch to the stay.

Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable, but I would suggest paying closer attention to cleanliness, especially the air ventilation grilles, which could be better maintained. Unfortunately, our departure ended on a slightly bittersweet note. We asked if we could quickly eat some food we had purchased from a supermarket before heading to the airport, and we were told that we could not and would need to eat outside on the street. While we understand hotel policies, we had hoped for a bit more flexibility and accommodation in that situation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improving attention to cleanliness and guest flexibility would make the experience even better.

The hotel is advertised as 4 star on Expedia but in fact it is a 3 star hotel. Despite this the hotel was very good. The economy room is good value, but it is much smaller than shown in the picture. Recommend a larger sized room if you have a lot of luggage.

Room was very nice, typical size for this style hotel in Japan. Comfortable and clean. We had no issues with the location. The breakfast buffet was no joke, and was amazing for the price, it was a great way to start the days we were staying there. I would definitely book this location again if returning to the area.
