I always have the best experience here and that’s why I keep coming back. The staff even remembers me and we have good conversations which I find endearing :) the rooms are clean and they have a means to do your laundry ! The food and vibes are great too and I love the location

I really enjoyed my stay. Simple rooms with shared facilities (showers, toilets, fridge and water dispenser) but perfect for a few days away. Great cafe on the ground floor and was a perfect location for a morning run along the river paths. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were absolutely excellent—so wonderful, extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. They truly made our stay more pleasant, and we sincerely appreciate all their help and kindness. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. The bed was placed very tightly between the walls, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to get in and out of bed. The washroom, however, was very nice and clean. The hotel is in a good location, which was convenient. Coffee was available, but unfortunately there was no milk or sugar. We were asked to purchase them ourselves from a nearby grocery store. The room also had no carpet and no TV, which made it feel rather basic. I am sorry for being critical, but I wanted to share my honest experience. Despite the shortcomings of the room, the staff were truly exceptional. Their kindness, helpfulness, and wonderful service deserve special recognition.
