"I got a room online and when I go to the property they told me I had to upgrade my room because my room I booked was only available to disabled people . I guess I didn’t read the fine print . Room was worn down and stuffy . Parking hard to get out of . The staff member in the morning was friendly and breakfast was decent . Great places to eat right next door and bar area down the street . "The bed in our room was filthy and covered in human body hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair. It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be upscale, especially one under the Hilton brand. I specifically asked that management acknowledge the issue with the cleaning staff so that I could at least know the situation was being taken seriously. Unfortunately, no one from management ever spoke with us. The front desk employee who sent housekeeping to re-clean the room simply offered us one free breakfast. This experience was incredibly upsetting. The condition of the bed was so unsanitary that we could not sleep and felt genuinely uncomfortable staying in the room. It also made us question what else in the room may not have been properly cleaned. I took detailed photos and videos of the situation. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this before—especially not at a Hilton property that markets itself as an upscale hotel."

"Close to attraction, can walk or take shuttle. Was quiet and comfortable beds. Low water pressure in shower but typical of LA. "

"property is not in good condition. the couch in the room was torn and very dirty. the plumbing in the restroom smelled bad. floors were clean but stained. cabinets and dresser were beat up. this is a 3 star property not 4.5 as advertised "
