"The staff were very friendly, checked in early which was no problem as the room was ready. Room was beautiful, clean and a lovely shower. Hotel booked us on to the shuttle each day and called the room to confirm we would be ready. The shuttle drivers were also great. A lovely stay would definitely stay again. "

"Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Underground parking has over 8 feet of headspace. Good for larger vehicles. About a $20 uber to universal studios with a UberXL. Much cheaper for a...

"Great location. Nice amenities. I think this may be the nicest motor inn I’ve ever been! Nice very little breakfast. Coffee and juice available 24 hours. Room was clean and comfy. For what you get - may be a little pricey - but I’m noticing that everything in the LA area Is expensive!"
