"Stay was great"

"I was told 4 days before my trip that the hotel balcony would be inaccessible. Which left me no time to look for another hotel. The room safe malfunctioned, the fridge gave out on day 3, and the shampoo bottle fell off the shower wall twice in the 5 days were were there. They did give us a $50 room credit for the spoiled food in the fridge. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was much nicer. It has definitely gone down hill since."

"They have activities. The pool was very clean and maintained. Staff was very helpful always. Take advantage of the free beach gear included in the price. Close to everything. Great location."

"I love this place. This is my second visit at this hotel. The best part beside the location is the breakfast, my daughter just loves it. The room was very clean and the parking was great. I like this place because its next to shopping restaurants and a movie theater."

"Had a great stay! The pool was nice and i love that you can get towels to use at the beach but you just have to return it to prevent any fees lol. The room was nice and clean. They also gave me and my partner each a thermal water bottle with a cool design!!"

"Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect medium. Waikiki beach was a short 5 min walk from the hotel with great eateries at every corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"We booked a room here for a few hours before our 11 PM flight so we could relax, shower, and recharge before traveling. When we first arrived, we were genuinely impressed with the hotel’s beautiful decor and modern feel. In fact, we were already talking about staying here again on our next trip. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. After checking in (which was seamless), we noticed that the bed sheets appeared to be dirty or stained. Just a few minutes later, the ceiling vent...

"I ended up having to cut my trip short so only stayed 1 night out of the full 5 days I booked. Tried to get a partial refund but wasn’t allowed because I booked a non-refundable. Can’t really complain about that though as it was non-refundable, but would have been great if they could have done something. It’s a bit of an older hotel, at the end of the Waikiki strip, but still within walking distance of everything in Waikiki."

"Room was clean and served its purpose. Pool area was very nice, chairs available every time we went. We had a late flight but we were able to use the amenities all day right up until we were picked up for the airport. That was a nice service."
