"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"Hotel Villa Ambrosina is quiet, off the beaten path with beautiful views. I absolutely loved the room. It had a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful for only 5 euros. I will caution everyone that it's a very hilly approach from the town, but we walked to a local store for supplies with no problems at all. I loved this stay. "

"Saubere, tierfreundliche Unterkunft mit solider Grundausstattung Sauberkeit: Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber , was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. ​Tierfreundlichkeit: Es ist toll, dass Haustiere hier willkommen sind! Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass man das Zubehör (Näpfe, Decken etc.) komplett selbst mitbringen muss. ​Ausstattung: Es war alles Wichtige vor Ort. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und sogar ein praktisches „Spülkit“. Auch Besen und ein Wäscheständer waren...

"A lovely place to stay in the hills just outside Florence ( walking distance from Florence but free transport is available to the edge of the historic centre)"

"Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well. Claudia was a great host and very responsive. Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good. We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night. A lovely stay!"

"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"
