"Spacious apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. Host was extremely friendly and communicated regularly leading up to our stay. Allowed us to check in slightly early as well, which was much appreciated. Tremendous location near to the train station. Cafe beneath property makes great coffee and pastries, with extremely friendly service to start the day. There is some street noise from people walking around, which is to be expected in any prime city location. Would stay here again. "

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"

"ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。"

"The hotel was in a great location - close to all sites - clean / older / washroom /shower great. Going into the property was a little different ! Very secure but a tad spooky !! Once settled in become more comfortable. The noise during the middle of the night from the corridor would wake me up . The housekeeper was very pleasant and accommodating to your needs . "We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. The beds were just OK with inadequate pillows. My partner and I had to share a...

"Located just off the riverside with MANY shops, restaurants and cafe, this hotel was a breath of fresh air coming from Rome. Clean and well maintained it was a pleasure staying here. There are other tenants in the building and there was some minor construction going on but that did not bother us at all. Rooms were well maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. Will stay there again next time we are in Florence!"
