"We awoke each morning to the smell of croissants baking and fresh brewed coffee. Agostino and his parents were very attentive. Offering us suggestions on places to visits. The room was spotless, with lovely Italian linens. We both love to walk, it was just a 15 minute walk to the old town, and also conveniently located on a bus route. We would stay here again! "

"Stayed here for four nights with my husband and it was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that it was outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to have a taxi take us back and forth throughout the day. We had the hotel call us a taxi multiple times but also downloaded AppTaxi to get rides back to the hotel which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the pool area very peaceful - we loved coming here...

"We absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesn’t spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyone’s expectations and dreams! "The property is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax and have the most wonderful views of Tuscany area, the staff, Andrea was really helpful and kind. It’s better if you rent a car to get there, by bus you’ll have to walk a lot. But the place is totally worth it,"

"Hu Firenze Certosa is a nice retreat from the bustling tourist center. The swimming pool is nice, it is affordable, the rooms are nice and staff is great. "

"We had a terrible time accessing the property. We arrived at about 1.30pm and the office was closed. As we dont have international roaming on our phone I was unable to access the code for the key lock box. The office opened at 3pm however the manager spoke no English and did not offer to contact Expedia or the owner. We were outside the apartment for over 2 hrs when one of the residents assisted us in contacting Expedia. Once we accessed the keys we really enjoyed the apartment."
