"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. "We chose a large room which had a nice table for sitting and planning out our day which was a nice feature. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The only issue we had was that the tub/shower was on a platform which made it difficult to get in and out of, even for my tall husband. The room was on the dark side so it was nice to have good lighting. The bathroom could use a little extra lighting for the ladies to apply makeup. The front desk people were all very nice and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient, and the breakfast room was bright and clean. We found the location to be very convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay."

"Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle dropping off people, when I was Told best was taxi ????"

"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit We will be going back to Florence and back to Villa Tolomei."

"A lovely stay with my wife and 12 week baby. We had some initial difficulties with the room (AC not working), but marianna the manager was superb at sorting as soon as she was back on shift (we arrived late in the night and the night porter wasn’t helpful…!) We moved to a suite which I would recommend (31 or 32). The rooms have incredible views, and in June the pool was a lovely 30 degrees with some jacuzzi jets and the most amazing view. Continental breakfast was good and you can get drinks through the day and snacks, and pre order dinner. There was some small visiting works going on, but they were out of the way and clearly indicate that the hotel is trying to improve. Very good parking and I did note an electric charger that looked powered. We would definitely return and was ideally located for a rustic, up-market and authentic Tuscan hotel."

"Pros: Beautiful place, great location and it was easy to catch a bus into Florence, nice view. Restaurant on site, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but it really looked nice and the customers seemed like they really enjoyed it. . Very roomy, plenty of space. Great parking and car charging also available. Staff was very helpful and they serviced the room. CONS: They do charge for very basic Breakfast=sliced meats, pastries, and coffee. The wifi was sketchy the first day. The air conditioner was weak. I would have to open the windows at night to cool the room down."
