"The managers of this lovely apartment are very responsive, communicating fluently in English, through email and WhatsApp. Helpful with local info. We were met promptly at the arranged time for check in. The apartment itself is very chic adaptation of some very old space, well designed and compact. From this location we walked everywhere we wanted to go on both sides of the Arno. Only downsides were that WiFi didn’t work and sink drains were slow or clogged. "

"Great location. Can easily walk to major museums, the Florence core, etc. A short block from the river and a bridge. Spacious. Good for families. Comfortable beds and furniture. Big kitchen. Be aware it’s on the 2nd floor with extremely high ceilings so there are 60 steps up from the street to the condo door. From speaking about things and actually making things happen. To remembering my birthday two days later with a cake on my birthday unprompted.
