"We were greeted at the door, such a lovely welcome, shown around and to our room. We had some lovely food in the beautiful sitting room with an open fire. The room was gorgeous with a bath and seperate shower. Topped off in the wonderful breakfast room. All the staff were lovely and so helpful, we couldn't fault it......thank you xxx"

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "This is a great hotel for an overnight at the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms and welcoming staff. Only downside was the shuttle has change, we booked a specific time and as we arrived in reception the shuttle drove off. Staff said it would 15/20mins before it was back so we chose to walk to the terminal at 4am in Jan. Two mins after leaving the hotel the shuttle returned but we wee already at the edge of the property and couldn’t risk going back to only see it sail off again. Lost the cost...
