This led to doubts as to whether the unit was actually properly cleaned. By this point, would have left if not for the fact that I was not guaranteed a refund, in addition to the need for a place to rest. Went ahead with the stay anyway. Issues 1. MBR toilet light was faulty - bathe in the dark 2. Common toilet heater was not working - if use to shower, bathe in cold water 3. Sheets cleanliness - felt that it was dusty as had a few sneezes after climbing into bed. Overall, terrible communications leaving you as a foreigner stranded without a place to rest. Probably wouldn’t want to be caught in this situation. To Expedia team,feel free to reach out. "Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days. "
