"Es un lugar ideal si vas con familia y traes carro por qué tiene un refri grande y espacio para almacenar cosas de comida, la habitación es grande tranquila sin ruidos cómoda y muy limpia está en un zona de puras casas pero cerca de lugares ricos de comida y en carro todo a 9 - 15 minutos para conocer Austin caminar en los mejores lugares "

This is a high volume hotel so I understand keeping each room clean is a challenge but if the staff can’t keep up with the current workload then more should be hired. "The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."

"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."

"Location is good but very busy street. Lots of loud music into the late hours. Was required to put down an additional $150 “damage advance”, that would be refunded. Not sure why they need this but felt it was excessive. Nice that they offer a $10 restaurant credit, except we were there for an event and never had time to use it. "

"Initial room smelled awful but we were moved to another that was too small. The room did not even have a hot water kettle which I think should be a basic amenity. The only positive was the staff being so nice and helpful."

They even had great recommendations for delicious food in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area. The amazing and huge luxury "Mobile Estate" we stayed in was breathtaking. The Koi pond is beautiful, and my wife loved feeding the fish. We have decided we will be scheduling another stay soon and we will be bringing friends. We want to pick a week that we could rent...
