"Staff and location"

"The facility, staff and restaurants were excellent.The facility is beautiful and the staff so helpful and efficient. Only some cautions for elderly customers: the beds and toilets are very low (but lovely) and there are no grab bars in the showers. This may not be so in handicap accessible rooms but we dont consider ourselves in the categort...just old and stiff"

"There is no staff on site, and you can't park until you check into the room. Do not show up even ten minutes early or you're going to have to wait the call center staff has no power to let you in if you get there even slightly early."
