"Overall, the experience was good! We spent a great deal of time at Disney, so we didn’t do too much at the property. The pool and slides were nice when we used them. However, on 2 occasions where we were at the pool, they closed the slides and Cabana bar. One day they closed the slides well before 515. On Labor Day, they never opened. "Absolutely stunning every time we stay here. Our room was amazing and everyone was nice and friendly. Only two complaints were no one called us when the room was ready and then the operator assured me that they had when I'm literally holding the phone in my hand with zero messages (I rechecked they had the correct number) and asked why when I turned down the timeshare meeting (I don't feel like explaining my answers). "Maintenance was an issue but overall great location and great space"

"The place was old, had water issues in two different rooms. The refrigerator had dust on the top, there was crack in tile in both kitchen and bathrooms, dresser was broke and couldn’t use it, and furniture was super outdated. Will most likely never book with them again."

"Room clean and property is very nice. Watch out for resort fees, the $40 per day was disclosed, but the other $20 resort access fee was not. When asked about thr fee the front desk stated that is a extra fee that you have to pay to stay on property. Clubhouse restaurant was amazing food but be aware if you sre not golfing you are not allowed to eat there. They stated for golfers only."
