"Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful."

"We have stayed different times at Parc Corniche. Staff is always great and quick. The room we got this time does need a refresh, while it was comfortable and everything was working, you can notice that somethings were old and need changing. "

"We called ahead to try and check in early after letting them know we would be arriving about 1:30/2pm. First time I called was about 1:40pm and was told they get an update from house keeping at 2:30pm to call back then. I call then and they contact house keeping and tell us they just finished cleaning and we can check in. When we got there we found a fake nail on the master bedroom door, trash on one of the nightstands, and trash out by the pool."
