"Rough stay. Room was missing linens for sofa bed, took an hour to get them. Room had a squeaking fan, warped flooring and was much smaller than depicted. Staff was friendly but promised removal of resort fees for a night missed due to airline delay, then the fees showed up on our bill. Would not book here again. "

"this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. "

"It is an apartment-hotel style complex, so not all of the rooms are located in the main building; there are about eight buildings in total. The units are efficiency-style an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a bedroom. The only downside is the parking; at night, it is very difficult to find an empty spot."
