"The place is very clean. Su Wei ( reception) and her team is amazing since the minute we walked in. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar. "

"Of the hundreds of hotels that I’ve stayed at in Asia over the past 20 years this is one of the very best! And I so wish I could stay at the Chatrium again in the future, because pretty much everything was perfect. The only problem is some highly inappropriate material displayed in the main reception area, and so in good conscience I cannot ever stay at this fine hotel in the future. "My first stay at Hotel G for 2 nights. I enjoyed the eco-friendly and minimalist approach in the hotel design. A differentiation from the heritage hotels and Burmese-styled inns in Yangon. I am delighted by the efficient and friendly arrival and check-in. Room was very clean. Pillows and bed were firm and fresh. The front counter staff are young, cheerful and enthusiastic. Overall, Hotel G has a positive welcoming vibe. Great job !"
