"Great suite,room 140.Beautiful place.Great food. Stayed for 2 nights.Our suite was not cleaned after the first night.I told the receptionist.She said they had been having problems !.They did not offer me a discount."

"Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning."

"Good location and in theory good amenities, however, I booked this hotel based on the fact it had a pool and gym which we wanted to use but it was not open, even though dates advertised said it would be, hence the booking. So a bit upset that this was not available, I was given free parking and one free drink token, between three of us, other than that a good hotel and a nice stay."

"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."

"Room was nice and clean, but very very hot, might’ve considered leaving the windows open to ‘air’ the room a little TV ok but tucked up in the corner of the room, maybe an angled TV bracket rather than a flush wall mounted one. Very basic Kettle and very small, needed to be boiled twice to make 2 decent cups of tea Something to possibly consider, get slightly better tea/coffee making facilities and other bits & bobs in the room (table lamps etc) would’ve made what was a nice stay a more...

"9 Rooms above a pub! What more can you ask for. Great food and drink and the staff is outstanding!"

"Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late."
