"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded...

"Have stayed at the property before and we love it! Only issue this time around was that the 240 restaurant turned us away around 6 because we didn’t have a reservation, but the dining room was empty. They said they didn’t take walkins until after 7:30, so we just walked across the street to chucks! Super fun vibe there:)"

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in as nice as clean or as fancy of a hotel as this room was if I could give it 10 stars, I would definitely five the staff was friendly. The place was extremely clean. The elevators were even friendly as they had a very soothing voice and took me right to the level I needed to just by scanning my badge....
