"Good"

"3泊滞在しました。 ボンダイジャンクの駅を出て右、数メーターに入り口がありました。 ホテルの裏にバスターミナルがあり、シティまで20分ほど、ボンダイビーチに10分ほどで行か事ができ、交通の便が大変良かったです。 18階の部屋からは、ハーバーブリッジ、オペラハウスが見え、ハーバーもばっちり見えました。 広過ぎる室内は、清潔とは言えませんでしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 バストイレは各２つ、ランドリールームには乾燥機が備えられ、毎日洗濯が出来ました。（洗剤はありませんでした） キッチンは大きな食洗機（洗剤あり）があり、1日分が一度で洗えました。 他に食器、鍋類など、不足分がないくらい充実していました。 清掃は1週間に１回しか入ってもらえませんでしたが、タオルは言えば持ってきてもらえました。（使用したタオルが溜まっていきました…言えば取りに来てもらえたのかも） 駅から近い、ホテル周辺はスーパー、路面店、ブランドショップが入っているショッピング施設があり、楽しめました。 コスパがとても良い宿泊先で、とてもお勧めなホテルです。"

"We got mold poisoning from this room, really not a great stay. There is clearly a massive mold issue at the establishment as well as cockroaches and dust. Staff said we should email management but they never replied to us. "

"Centrally located surrounded by good coffee and food places. For the money spent it failed in various areas. For the length of time being there, no cleaning service offered unless paid for as an additional cost. Linen, we had to change ourselves due to no service. Cutlery and plates, 2 of everything only provided. Not sure why a dishwasher is there as it all had to be washed every day. Very noisey at times and early mornings"

"Everything was super clean and tidy. Made our stay extremely comforting. The hosts also were accomodating with check in times."

"This place has no service, there are no cleaning of your room. The room is run down and dirty. We saw a cockroach in the room and informed the staff. But there is no front desk. "
