"The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern.
However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times.
