"My family stayed for 1 night while visiting Drayton Manor Theme Park. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a good outside area by the bar with lots of tables. The staff at breakfast were amazing, really accomodating and brought me gluten free cornflakes and toast specially made. We visited on a particularly hot day and I was a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning. "We arrived early and didn’t expect our room to be ready, or to be allowed to check in an hour early but it was and they didn’t charge an early check in fee either. Room was lovely and clean and cool, the only small issue was the bathroom door is a sliding one and when it was closed the edge of the glass panel on the inside of the bathroom door needed to be dusted. "Due to a problem at passport control in Birmingham Sunday Airport I missed my connections to return to Bournemouth without having to pay extra so I decided to pay £20 to stay the night in Livery Street. Same hostel more upgrades and another name."

"Stayed here a few times before and it's very convenient for New Street, the city centre and with secure parking in the nearby Mailbox. It's basic but comfortable bed. The nearby Grand Central Kitchen is great for breakfast!"
