Booked two rooms Queen and twin room. Was given wrong rooms at check in they had given my son and his 13 year old daughter a double bed, took ages to fix although male member of staff did arrange room Chang. Then my key wouldn’t work.given a different room. Put our bags in went straight out. Food was supposed be available from 10.00 but we had to wait till 12.30. No brunch menu available. Doubled up on one of the orders. Coffee and Chocolate machine weren’t working. Didn’t hardly sleep as loud humming noise in the room all night. In morning noticed toilet roll holder hanging off the wall as was the knob in the shower. Although we were only staying one night was not happy. The male receptionist was really polite and helpful. When I gave my key card back and told female receptionist, she said she would let maintenance know. Would not recommend. Chose this hotel because of reviews!!!!
