"Property was really nice, spacious and well equipped with great quality appliances and total of 3 toilets. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to take a sleep mask as although good quality fitted blinds in the bedroom they do let sunlight through in the morning. Lovely stay and not far from Deansgate and nice bars and restaurants. "

"We have just got home from a wonderful night at Ash farm . Fantastic service from Janice David and Christian they could not do enough for us. Our room was lovely we had the garden room. Not overly big but very quaint The setting is so beautiful.i would highly recommend here to anyone . Our only negatives and they are only small is we'd have liked it if they'd had 1 dog friendly room and the garden room is beautiful but it backs onto the breakfast room. So a little noisy from 7 this wouldn't...

"Quirky house & very quiet. Struggled to find it as parking was on a different road at the back. I think was supposed to be a shared bathroom but found a newly installed one in the room. Apart from not being able to get the shower warm enough all good 😊"

"Great location and great price but bathroom and kitchen area are tired looking and outdated. Bedroom smelt but was only there to sleep. Traffic noise from 6am felt constant for about 2 hours. Checking in and the codes were simple to use."
