"Beautiful property"

"Staff, room, breakfast are great."

"This hotel is across the street from the train station and backs onto a park. Clean rooms and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room is decent if you just want it to sleep. It’s very small but close to everything. Lawson on the corner and walking distance to Ueno Station. However, the single room is very tight for 2 people. My family stayed at the double room they liked that one. One night the staff turned on the heater and when I got to the hotel asked then to turn on the AC for me and they said to open the window. I didn’t appreciate them deciding when it’s okay to use the AC."
