"The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. "Damp, damp, damp. The room was damp and the only solution was run the a/c at 68% and freeze. Even after getting a humidifier it was still damp. Floor was wet and the bed felt moist. I would not recommend this until they do something about the A/C."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Sand Rose. The pool and amenities were great, and we really enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant. The housekeeping staff was also excellent and did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was with our original room.
