"The convenience to be a walking distance from the Alamo and quite a bit to see around. A lot of shopping, just enjoyable. Will definitely stay again at the Crockett if visiting San Antonio again!"

"Overall, the visit was great and we were able to check in early which was appreciated. We were told that there was self service laundry so we put multiple loads of laundry into the washer, 2 out of 3 dryers were labeled out of service. When we went to use the 3rd dryer it was not working. The front desk initially told my husband to go back down and wait for maintenance, when they did not show up he was told by front desk to bring the laundry home wet. After another 15 minutes, they agreed to dry the laundry and they did fold and bring back to room later. This was appreciated but wasted time in our day. Otherwise the restaurant and service was good. "
