"Exceptional staff. My husband lost his wallet and someone ended up turning it in for us. He had over $200 cash in it and we for sure thought the cash was gone with the wind, however it all turned out to be there. Come to find out later it was one of the house cleaners that found it outside in the lounge area and turned it in for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Love this place. Will be there again for sure! "

"I recently stayed at Ramada in South Padre Island, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt neglected — there were no basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, or even soap provided, which was quite surprising. The furniture is clearly outdated, and several items were worn out or broken, giving the space an overall run-down feel. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited — mainly a couple of cereal choices, some pastries, and waffles. However, there were huge lines just to use the waffle makers, making it inconvenient and time-consuming. On top of that, the breakfast area was overcrowded, with not nearly enough tables to accommodate guests. Overall, this stay felt more frustrating than comfortable, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."
