"We booked this stay specifically for the water park and proximity to the national park. We were happy with the proximity to the park and the room matched description. Unfortunately room smelled like marijuana through the stay. It is is not clearly stated but the waterpark is NOT included. It would have cost our family $130. It was a small waterpark and we chose not to spend this amount of money for what was offered. We did attempt to visit the outdoor pool which was nicely heated. The pool snack...

"Great hotel for younger kids, there are activities all day and the indoor pool is entertaining. We stayed when it was a little colder so the outdoor wasn’t open yet. Great breakfast every morning and had coffee at refuel every day. Wish the buildings were connected since it was chilly to walk to the main building but otherwise amazing place to stay and would recommend it."

"Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"

"The room was spacious and clean! Very friendly staff. It was an overall great experience! Will be booking again this weekend! "

"Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly and held our bags till our rooms were ready. Went to breakfast in the hotel and although service was very slow, the waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. When we went to check in I was given a room upgrade since 2 out of 3 of our rooms were ready. Highly recommend this place to stay. Also, we were given free margaritas!!! "

"Very nice property. Very nice staff. Stayed in a deluxe, top floor room and found it was missing some essentials that are common in nice hotels like hooks to hang items in bathroom, bathroom door lacked proper closing to provide privacy. Lighting was not great. Moreso, this is a premium hotel and they should be more transparent during the reservation phase about outside events that are fully occupying hotel amenities that you, as a guest are being charged for in your rate. That's frustrating....
