"The breakfast was great, something for everyone. I had a broken coffee pot in room and it was replaced within the hour. My sister needed a shower stool, and 1st staff was unhelpful. A 2nd staff person got it done."

High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "
