"The hotel is a gentle 5-10mins walk from the station. Close enough that you do not need a taxi, but far enough that you do not get 'station crowds' or 'station noise'. The Reception staff are all multilingual, and very happy to help. There is a laundromat about 3mins walk from the hotel. Public transport is nearby, and the hotel participates in a programme whereby public transport is free for your time in Geneva. The breakfast was well priced, and abundant. The room I had was a good size, and...

"The property gets a poor rating because the Wifi was terrible. The connection would drop every few minutes and when it was connected, the strength was weak. When we talked to the front desk(where the signal was excellent), they explained to us that our room, 205 being at the end of hall, the signal wasn't strong there!! That didn't help us a whole lot. I'm sure that we went not the first first guests to complain about the issue. If you are going to charge $250 a night, your Wifi better work....

"Not on the most glamorous street, but walkable from the train station, a few restaurants, cafes and groceries right around the corner. My room was small (single) but it had a cute skylight and was well organized and comfortable. Appreciated the espresso coffee in room, and mini bar. Air conditioning was good."
