"For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor.
Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training..."
