"The room was spacious and updated. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated to be used in all weather which is great for kids! Overall a great stay and we will book there again next time we’re in Whistler! "

"The hotel is very conveniently located in the Village. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive anywhere. The hotel has a great inddor/outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs! We enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was good for the stay but I asked for something from front desk and they said room service would deliver it to my room. However, eveb after 45 min of this request, I had to go down to the lobby and then another attensant said room service closed an hour back."
