"I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. "Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Great hotel in lovely location with friendly staff. Our only complaint with our room was the noise of construction on a neighboring property, and having steps in the room which are easy to trip on, especially at night. Had a lagoon view room but would have preferred a resort, lagoon view room. "
