"Terrible vip property. Didn’t get a room upgrade. We got 1”free beverage per person” for the entire stay and it was limited to one cocktail or 1 beer so it was very misleading. In addition to that the walls were very hallow so as guests left the room, we heard every slam which would subsequently wake up us. Lastly the staff was inconsiderate of our stay, I was lectured by front desk woman about my key de-tagging and one of the housekeepers was loudly singing as he was cleaning room which also...
