Great hotel for a fair price, convenient if you need to be close to the airport or some shopping areas without being in the super crowded São Pablo. The room and hallway renovations left this hotel as a premium option at a really good price.

This was a very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and other meals. The pool was nice although it was too cold they really should add a hot tub so people can enjoy it year-round. Great location near the airport. rooms are very clean

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious, as was dinner. It was a relatively long and not very pleasant walk, but within 30 minutes of a mall or other things to do in town.
After eating lots and lots of meat on our trip, I was happy to have a bunch of vegetables and fruit.

Good for overnight stay near GRU airport.

Good place to overnight near GRU. Great breakfast beginning at 5AM. We did not use the shuttle because our airline cancelled a flight and gave us taxi vouchers.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.

Great stay here. The property is fairly new, rooms are modern and clean. The pool and garden area is very nice and tranquil. The breakfast was not huge but had all the basics and everything was tasty and fresh. The area around the hotel is industrial and there really is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Large shopping mall is close by though by taxi. Would stay again.

This property was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. No drink station in the room, but the all night restaurant provided hot water and tea willingly and without hassle. Spot on!

I have been choosing this hotel for several years because of its practicality, good price and staff. The rooms are spacious, but ask if you can stay in the ones that are being renovated, if not, turn on the air conditioning when you arrive to get rid of the musty smell. Finally, they are removing the carpet from the rooms, and giving the rooms a more modern look. The location is very good, practical, the transportation is super practical, the breakfast is perfect, the hotel staff is very friendly, willing to help and a great. I real recommend it.

This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again.

Nice hotel. Room was renovated and modern. Staff were amazing!! It’s an isolated location. Disappointed there is no boxed breakfast so I missed breakfast. Tired of just one English TV station in so many Brazilian hotels. Supper started at 7 pm that I found late. I waited 20 minutes in line to check in then 7 staff members showed up suddenly after I got to the desk.
