"The room was very nice but I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle because they only have 1 shuttle every hour. The first shuttle in the morning starts at 6am, every hour on the hour. Because breakfast only starts at 6am, I missed breakfast. The location has shops across the street which was convenient. It was mostly a good expereince."

"Fue terrible en toda el extensión de la palabra, me dejaron un plato en la habitación por 2-3 días. No había batas para los dos huéspedes. No había pantuflas para los dos huéspedes. El gerencia no solucionaron nada. Personal de recepción mintieron. No lo recomiendo para nada. "

"This is a decent hotel. The elevator only works on ever other floor but there aren't many floors so you have to either go up one extra and walk down or just walk up. The room was a little colder than normal for bogota because the entire wall is basically a window. The breakfast is ok with 2 croissants & eggs with juice and coffee. There are some decent restaurant options within walking distance from 6,000 pesos to 30,000 a plate. Taxis are easily accessible with 2 blocks."
