"Elegí hospedarme en este hotel con mi familia porque el nombre Tequendama es un ícono de Bogotá y tiene un gran valor histórico. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue decepcionante debido al evidente deterioro de las instalaciones. "The only complaint I have is that they don't have face/wash cloths, only hand and body towels. I guess that's a cultural custom. However I just used the hand towel, no big deal. The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean and there are 2 malls within walking distance. I would stay here again, I'd just bring my own wash cloths, lol."

"The hotel has reduced the small but important details that it offered in the past. This is an actual comparison between our last visits to the hotel in 2017 and 2025: For instance, no complimentary water bottle at the room; no box of paper tissues, as in the past, only two small paper towels the first day and no more; no courtesy pen at the room, etc. This shows us that these "savings" policies have been implemented by the managenent giving the clients a poor assesment."
