Hotel charges $75/visitor to allow visitors to your room after first visitor, day or night. This policy is not disclosed in the policies listed on Expedia. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is decent, location was a too busy for me, people walking around and loud club music till 4am. Hotel does offer earplugs. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop that I didn't find out about til my last day. The front desk should promote the Penumbrā bar when checking in guests as the view of the city is amazing from there.

Wow! Medellin is BEAUTIFUL!! This is a great location — you will feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The hotel staff was very friendly. This is the perfect location for Provinca nightlight. You will hear music at night — so use a white noise app on your phone to better sleep. I’ll be back soon! Gracias.

This hotel is right in the middle of Provenza. If you’re looking to party all night and get no sleep, this is the place for you. We stayed on the 2nd floor and heard everything—from sirens to people singing—all night long until 4 a.m. Overall, the hotel itself is just okay, but I would not stay here again. Our AC was broken; it got fixed for one night but started leaking again the next day. We asked to change rooms, but since we needed two beds, our options were very limited. Again, if your plan is to party nonstop and don’t mind the noise, this hotel may work for you. If you want to enjoy Provenza and still get some rest, I’d recommend choosing another hotel that offers proper noise-cancellation windows.

Very small room. Was moved to bigger room with balcony as a courtesy since cable tv channels were out. Nice balcony room facing beautiful Medellin. However, te flower design of panels that opene and close obstructed tge view of the beautiful city. You could not open and close them because system was broken. Staff was very good especially ghe breakfast waiter in his french hat. He was very polite and gave excellent setvice which made up for the no so great breakfast. I recommend walkin a few minutes out accross calle 10 to other good breakfast restaurant. I recommend eating food at other restaurants nearby especially the peruvian restaurant on calle 10 near entrance to provenza bar restaurants. Lots of prostitutes in front of hotel throughout the day which ruins the beauty of park lleras. But thats why they are there for the Men tourists. Hopefully, the city government will clean up thus beautiful Park Lleras. Viva Colombia.
