"The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. "

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y poco transparente. No lo recomiendo.
Desde el check-in comenzaron los problemas: nos cobraron $200 adicionales por una niña que supuestamente no estaba en la reserva, aunque el mismo hotel dejó un pastel de cumpleaños en la habitación para ella. Falta total de coherencia.
Reservamos dos habitaciones (2 adultos + 1 niño cada una), pero una solo tenía una cama, obligándonos a dormir tres personas juntas durante dos noches. Primero nos ofrecieron cambio, luego lo...
