"Everything was wonderful. Staff excellent! Typical buffet food for breakfast & lunch. Dinners were delicious. Be prepared to walk A LOT! We had premium (front of building facing the ocean) & we still walked 12,000+ steps per day. Resort is beautiful. Beach amazing. Pools huge! Fun for anyone any age. If you don’t enjoy this resort it’s your own fault. Take the trip! You won’t regret it."

"We had a really nice stay at Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was great and very attentive on our needs. A bit sad that the beach is so rocky and not very accessible, but we were told that it is possible to to just go a bit further down the beach where it is more accessible - we unfortunately didn’t have time to go there. But that’s a minor thing, and I would really recommend staying at the hotel!"

"An amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara! The staff make it extra special as soon as you get there and the rooms are beautiful and very nice. Beds and linens were comfortable, loved the double sink bathrooms and shower excellent. Main pool is super relaxing while also filled with activity that lets you decide from a quieter to more activity side. Servers at the pool are on it and bar made fantastic drinks. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach. Great food options and lovely room service too! We will be going back very soon!"

"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."
