All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. "Great staff. Gym is good, so is breakfast. Providencia is a middle class neighborhood in Santiago. Not as vibrant as others, but safe and great food and easy access to the metro which takes you everywhere."

"Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."
