"Clean room, with a view. Nice jacuzzi, kind of small. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, moderately priced. Staff member Lia was extraordinarily helpful and patient with us."

"Learn the room types and make sure you get the room that you paid for. Lake View, Lake Shore should well be a view of the lake , or a room by the lake shore- I have a 360 view of the parking lot, but due to my terminal cancer, too weak to defend my rights from bait and switch bad business behavior. Who ever thought of punishing long-term, low-maintenance loyal guest? Greed. Yes, pay your bills, but for an extra $50? Honestly? So sad, compassion is out the window. Praise GOD for all good...

"This is a decent boutique hotel, but it fails to live up to its potential and promise. The hot tub was green during my stay. The text-if-you-have-an-issue was very hit and miss. The hotel ran out of towels. The food and coffee was very hit and miss (more miss). The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors easily. They need more staff. "

"Gorgeous property right on the lake! Easy walking to the marina for boating activities and super close to town and restaurants and the village! The restaurant on site Del Nonna is super fun and yummy and you can eat in a bubble dome. Highly recommend at night when the little twinkling lights are on. We came for spring break and luckily came on the first day that the lake opened the only thing that was a disappointment was the complimentary bikes weren’t available to use."

"House keeping is done daily. If you want extra bathroom towels, you have to take them down yourself after 3pm to get more. "
