"The resort is closing in a month and the cleaning staff is doing a poor job taking care of the rooms. The sheets had stains on them and when I specifically asked for the sheets to be changed and fresh towels brought in, they did not do it. The front desk staff tried to help but they didn’t have access to towels. The pictures on the website do not match what’s actually there"

"Nice staff. However, I asked for extra towels and was told I had to bring my old towels down to them to exchange them for new towels. Hotels should freely give pillows, blankets, towels, etc. I was also very disappointed that the hotel “ran out” of pillows and we weren’t able to get extra pillows. The pillows in the room were not sufficient enough to lean up against so we weren’t very comfortable when trying to watch tv. Furthermore, the tv was cable and had no smart tv option to stream shows so...

"The air conditioning and mini refrigerator are very noisy, especially in the rooms on the first floor. I was assigned a room on the first floor, and I couldn’t even take a nap because of the noise. My 3-year-old even got scared when the main AC unit turned on, because the whole room was shaking a bit. We got changed to a room on the third floor, but the refrigerator in this room was noisy too. One star for parking, one star for the front desk for changing our room, and one star for the location."
