"Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again! "

"Overall, our hosts Francois and Wynn were very welcoming and helpful with local amenities. The breakfasts that were presented were both nutritious and gourmet delicious. We found our bed a little too firm after the first night, so Wynn cheerfully added a “topper” for comfort. "This was a truly outstanding experience. The front end staff were friendly, informative and professional. The flavouring for the water that was provided was a very nice touch. The room was spacious with well thought out lighting, being able to open a window for fresh ocean air and to hear the birds was relaxing. Short walk across the bridge you find many shops and restaurants making this property very convenient. Thank you for a beautiful stay."

"Would and will come back. Hotel is in a great location and has a great almost tropical vibe in the sunshine. Hotel and grounds were very clean and looked after. We used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and we would come back just to eat, never mind stay. Great variety of good, interesting options and styles and the staff were top notch. Great weekend getaway!"

"Amazing hotel. Room was lovely, but the amenities are where this hotel really shines. The mineral pools and sauna overlooking the ocean are incredible. We were lucky enough to spot a pod of orcas swimming by! Amazing experience "

"The double room was spacious. The bathroom had a deep tub as well as a shower. The beds were very comfortable. On checkout day, they held our bags so we could continue enjoying the city. Would definitely stay here again!"
