"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"Overall, our hosts Francois and Wynn were very welcoming and helpful with local amenities. The breakfasts that were presented were both nutritious and gourmet delicious. We found our bed a little too firm after the first night, so Wynn cheerfully added a “topper” for comfort. Our bedroom was upstairs, which was okay for us but might have proved challenging for some guests. The bathroom amenities were very satisfactory but the towels and bath mat were tired. "Partial view of the Inner Harbour. Hotel is very dated. Heard peoples converations from other rooms due to thin walls. The water temperature flactuated while showering so shckingly got scalded a few times . Complimentary breakfast was really good and staff were friendly. Good location."
