"Rooms were new and nice! Loved the toilet being separate from the shower and vanity. The bed could've been a little softer, but that is personal preference. Location was great for entertainment district, short walk to most attractions. We used the complimentary baggage check prior to our stay with no hassle. The complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS."

"The Hot Spring Pools are nice but rooms and service is dated. It’s obvious the place is tired and living on its monopoly as having the exclusive rights to the hot springs. It needs new owners who are keen to renew the vision for the resort. "

"It’s an older property with some updates. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are old and really small. Lots of waiting for elevators. Parking is very expensive $50 per night."

"Please be very very careful which room you book. The first room they put me in was absolutely gross and unkept. It looked like the room was not cleaned for a very long time. There was an awful smell like mold. Please be careful. They eventually moved me. I had a diamond ring go missing with the move. I left it on the kitchen sink as I took it off to wash my hands in the old room. The ring was valuable. The staff were not helpful and did not return my calls. I asked to go look in the old room and...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Georgian Hotel. The room was large and well laid out with a nice fireplace and a good sized kitchen. The TV’s are a bit small and one of the remote controls was missing batteries. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do close by. We would stay again. Very family friendly."
