"Overpriced. It is not a hotel. It is a condo in a gated community. They key has to be picked up at a different location that is 25 blocks away; therefore if you don't have a car, you are in trouble.
The place itself is nice with comfy bed, with a full kitchen, full laundry, free WiFi, cable and TV. However, there is nobody to clean your room or change the linens. You have to do it yourself.
