"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Daily room service was excellent. Breakfast was good- plenty to choose from. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place with its secluded, spread out buildings feels more like a lodge than a motel. Be sure to check out the lobby and loft gift shop in the main lodge!"

"I miss the human contact. Definitely a bots/ kiosk is not for me. Not a fan of codes.
-No coffee cups in the office, so I couldn’t drink anything and didn’t have any in room, that’s why a real human is needed it because people take them all.
-Grounds like steps and walking paths to rooms should be cleaned and washed often. Housekeepers were unfriendly.
-Had some small issues with my stay but they were resolved by staff members, I appreciate that.
-Hotel is eager to families also our room...
