"We found we had no hot water in sink or shower about 930pm on day of check in. As the pool was still in use we thought maybe have better luck in morning. Still no hot water. And our phone didn’t work. My husband walked to desk to discover no one was there and when calling number in a posting was told no one comes until 9am. "Our suite room119 was located on the first floor. Throughout our stay we heard constant noise from the unit above us. We heard children's running, loud footsteps, and conversations during the during the early evening into late and again in the early morning. We did not sleep very well. I complained in the next morning to the lady in the front desk video kiosk.
