"Elevator was broken, side door was broken, pool and hot tub broken, thermostat broken.
Beds were comfortable, shower pressure terrible and the shower head low.

"We were expecting to book her because of all the good reviews and because it’s a dog friendly hotel. But my husband and are were so disappointed. I honestly don’t feel the rooms were very clean. Walking in there was a weird smell. But i figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt because it did look like the rooms are pretty outdated.

"I stay here every couple months to visit family.
A bit frustrated with booking inconsistencies. Last visit they said there would be a parking fee if reserved through Expedia.
They have removed this due to complaints.
Anyway, I call the number on there website twice trying to get front desk to reserve and avoid parking fee. Got a reservations service only.
Going directly through them they added 3 times the taxes and fees as Expedia
Expedia was a lot cheaper than going direct.
