"Nice place but a bit dated, expensive for what it is. Good location by beach"

"the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Loved our stay. The facility is great with all its amenities + beach access. We booked a slot in the grotto and it was perfect, very relaxing, Beddings are premium, entire property is well maintained, staff are excellent: we will definitely be back ♥️. Thank you"

"The elevator is broken. We have an elderly person, so hard for him to climb up on the third floor. I booked three rooms for the family trip. One of the rooms the cable not working. Also all the electrical outlets were unplugged. We have to called the front lady to check it out. She is very friendly and nice. But still can’t fix the cable in the bedroom. Compared my last time we stayed. Now seems to be not good enough."

"Easy access, central location. Parking lot, lobby and rooms were clean. Wifi was excellent and continental breakfast was decent, scramble eggs would have been better than hard boil. I appreciate the fruits and muffins. Both coffee thermoses were a hassle to dispense, super slow. Overall was a pleasant stay that didn’t break the bank, and all the staff were friendly. Good job Travelodge Nanaimo!"

"Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all my requests. Very clean throughout the complex."

"Beds on the soft side and at 9:30 am breakfast pickings were well picked over / dwindling without freshening up and bagels could have been fresher !"
