"The Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room restocked and clean for the coming day. The grounds are immaculate. The detail thats put into keeping it beautiful is very evident. The pools are great with a walk up bar and water games to play in the pool. The staff are all so very helpful and all say hello to you no matter what their job is. I would give this resort a 5 star rating but these are my...

"It was absolutely breathtaking. There were so many things to do. The staff were very friendly. We were there for 5 days and we didn’t get a chance to explore all the hotel has to offer."

"Hotel, staff and service were a 10. Only draw back was the seaweed on the beach, but I don't hold the hotel responsible for this. I would definitely go back regardless of the seaweed."

"The best part of the resort is the nature experience with the monkeys and iguanas. The food was satisfying. My only comment is that every other all inclusive resort I’ve been stayed at had a coffee shop included. It was a challenge to find good coffee."

"Great service overall"

"Only the food it is ok but they need to have more option bc restaurants"

"Overall experience was great!! Clean rooms, numerous bars, staff helpful and access to other RIU properties for partygoers. Food options were plentiful you just need to find what tastes good to you and stick with it. There were plenty of pools but the closing times were too early in my opinion. The adults only pool closed at 6:30 and the others at 7:00. The beach was nice and clean. The RIU parties were fun I would suggest playing more variety of music different genres. I would recommend this ...

"Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning."

"Todo excelente, la comida las fiestas"

"We got the all-inclusive package for a family of four; my wife, my son and daughter and I. The food was phenomenal. All of the restaurants were quite excellent with the exception of the circus, which primarily catered to kids so expect kitty style menu and food there. Top restaurant in our opinion was Habibi and a close second would be the steakhouse. The grand buffet was excellent and we often went there for breakfast or lunch. Our room was next to the waterpark - a blast for the kids- and it...

"The staff were amazing and very helpful! The entertainment was very good. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We will to let you know Crystal restaurants workers Viviana and Aaron were very courteous and had excellent customer service! We are definitely coming back next year!"

"Honestly loved this resort so much! So much to do! It felt very "big" but not far! Also enjoyed going over to the club at their sister resort right next door. The separation of all the pools was amazing, never felt crowded, and depending on the vibe you want (party, games, relaxing, hanging out with your kids, etc. - it felt like each pool had their own vibes!). Food was good everywhere, we really loved getting late night tacos as Mcjestic and burgers for lunch at the beach shack! The staff...

"After a long day of travel, we finally get to the resort where we are shuffled back-and-forth like a herd of animals waiting in different lines. Check-in took over an hour, the staff could not get it together to get us our room keys and get us on a shuttle in a timely manner. They were asking stupid questions like what is our occupation and what is our yearly salary. Our very first morning there, 8 AM the phone rings, wakes us up, and they want to schedule our shuttle back to the airport. We...
