"We were a group of three families who took four royal rooms for six nights. Food and beach view from the restaurant awesome. Some of the waiters at Royal were not friendly to us since we had small children and they kept on spilling water on the table. We didn’t feel welcomed always. Royal front desk was friendly but untrained. I got locked out of my room almost everyday . They were not able to fix our bracelets to work properly. Xcarat unlimited was awesome which is why we chose this place ....

"El personal en general es muy atento en todas las áreas. En particular, la señorita Kenia de recepción nos resolvió de inmediato y satisfactoriamente un pequeño problema que habíamos tenido con la habitación. En animación, Gabi, apodada caliente, fue siempre muy amable, divertida y ayuda a la gente a integrarse. La calidad de las comidas y bebidas en general son buenas. Este es un lugar al que seguramente regresaremos pronto."
