The breakfast was incredible and tables were right beside the river with a great view of the temple opposite. Staff were all very polite and helpful. "Clean, quiet hotel. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it looks nice and there are washrooms on the pool level. Basic room without a safe for belongings. Friendly staff. Water is available for purchase but it would be nice if there was a way to provide guests with filtered water to fill a personal water bottle instead of having to rely on bottled water. "

Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...
