"Great location, plentiful parking, about 8 mins from park and ride, friendly and helpful staff, only criticism were that one side in the bedroom could have done with a wipe down (easy mistake to make and fix, rest of the room was spotless) and the basins were huge which mean cleaning teeth/face without getting everything wet, was difficult. I would go back however as it was a great hotel and the staff were good."

"The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"

"I booked the hotel for a work trip so budget was in mind. Having seen that the hotel had an overall rating of 7 and GOOD I thought it would be ok, but nothing swanky.
On arrival I was disappointed, yes I knew it was on an estate but it is rough. Broken wall on entry and an old mattress by the bins in the carpark. I did get an upgrade to my room which was nice ..... The place looks tired, my room basic and uninspiring, the windows did not shut/seal properly and my shower cold and bathroom small...
