"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay (08/19/2026) in the standard bungalow. Unfortunately, the accommodations fell far below expectations. The air conditioning unit was insufficient for the size of the room, and the space itself was extremely small for two adults and two carry-on bags. This made our time in the room highly uncomfortable—so much so that we felt compelled to check out early. The Amainah Hotel up the street was a perfect 10!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"La ubicación es el gran plus de este hotel…las habitaciones ya gastadas y algo rotas; en la mía el piso está levantado y el AC no enfría bien… El desayuno es un gran plus… te ayuda a salir preparado y es bueno."

No tienen restaurante, y te mandan a un restaurante de enfrente caro y feo, no tienen hielos, etc., no cuentan con detalles minimos de seguridad como pisos anti derrapantes en areas humedas, no se como el gobierno les permite operar así. Nos quedamos en una habitación con tina afuera, el piso de areas humedas es super resbaloso, me accidente y pues obviamente tampoco me ofrecieron...
